Nathan had a big evening tonight at the year end Cross Country banquet - he was voted captain, and presented gag gifts to the seniors - he did a great job, had everyone laughing!

Opening day hunt in MN

Did a lot of hunting this weekend kind of spur of the moment. Julia
and I went on Saturday and Nathan and I went on Sunday.

Rocky had a perfect point on the one bird we got on Sunday, but bumped
another rooster later in the day. All in, he ran for 29 miles, one
tired dog at the end. Lola hung in there the whole time too! The
last photo is the dogs sitting, exhausted after the last walk!

Also flushed 3 hens so there are some birds around!

Julia got more then 10 inches cut off today!! She looks great but can't believe how weird it feels! I think it makes her look taller!!scary right!

TC10 2012!

It was a cool 29 degrees at the start, but the sun was out so ended up being a nice day. We both made our goals for the year so are happy!

Thanks to mom and dad for watching us finish!
